Job Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in baking food production and coffee. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your creativity in decorating and ability to follow food safety guidelines will contribute to our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of products including cupcales. pastries, cakes, and cookies. Decorate cupcakes and other baked goods with attention to detail. Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Follow all food production procedures to ensure quality consistency. Assist Front of House with customers as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry Is highly desirabl. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices. Experience in cupcake and cookie decorating is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines is a must. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members. A passion for communnity and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
