Sports Operations Supervisor (Leadership Role)Tallahassee, FL | Charlie Ward Champions RanchWe are seeking a proven leader in the Tallahassee youth sports community to help launch and lead operations at Charlie Ward Champions Ranch. This is a unique operations role with a commitment to helping us cultivate life long champions!Champions Ranch is a mission-driven facility focused on developing youth and families through sports, arts, education, mentorship, and wellness, rooted in Christian principles. We are building something special and are looking for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to:Build and lead strong programsDevelop athletes and mentor young peopleEarn the trust of families and the communitySuccessfully operate within a sports training or facility environmentDevelop business, book events and grow participationCollaborate across multiple sport, education and arts programs and partner organizationsManage part-time staff and volunteersThis role will serve as the primary on-site leader, helping shape programming, culture, and the overall experience at Champions Ranch.We are intentionally looking for someone who can help us become a hub for the entire sports community.
