Cleanroom Assembler

Now is the perfect time to leverage your assembly expertise! We are currently seeking to expand our production team with Cleanroom and Mechanical Assemblers in the Richardson area for an industry leader specializing in electromechanical manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain solutions.

Compensation and Scheduling
Compensation: $19/hr for mechanical roles and $20/hr for cleanroom positions.
Shift Timing: Friday to Sunday, 5:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a consistent 3-day work week.
Additional Shift Options: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm at $20.00/hr or 4:00 pm to 2:30 am at $22.00/hr.

Core Responsibilities
Assembly Tasks
Perform electro-mechanical assembly for custom test equipment and various fixtures.
Help ensure production accuracy by interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and client specifications.
Complete the electrical wiring for control panels, rack mount cabinets, and test fixtures.
Component Preparation
Cut, strip, twist, tin, and solder wires as required.
Secure cables, resistors, capacitors, and other hardware to connectors, printed circuit boards, and assemblies.
Support the production flow by cleaning parts and manually placing components.
Quality Assurance
Help maintain a high level of product reliability by upholding strict quality standards throughout every stage of the assembly process.

Required Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience in electrical assembly.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory and must be verified with documentation.

Ability to stand for long periods, handle materials, and execute repetitive tasks within a manufacturing facility.
