Cheese Tower Sealer Palletizer Operator - 8pm-8am

General Purpose:The Tower Sealer Palletizer works in the Cheese department rotating between three workstations: bagging finished cheese blocks, sealing of the cheese package and palletizing finished product.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.Operate a forklift, moving cheese from production area to the warehouse cooler Run Beta Vac / bag sealer with no leakersWeigh blocks, place label tickets on blocks and boxesOperate and validate metal detectorOperate boxer and palletizer (Robot)Tower operationMaintain operating records (Block Counts)Perform necessary routine cleaning and preventive maintenanceMaster sanitation as needed,Required Minimum Qualifications:Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent experienceBasic computer skillsNecessary Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimalsAbility to compute rate, ratio and percentagePerform work independently as requiredPerform necessary routine cleaning and preventive maintenanceKnowledge with machines, tools, equipment and Lock out Tag out
