SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST

JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS Job Summary: To perform all duties related to assisting the surgeon in the care of the patient in the surgical setting. Education: Position requires a certificate from a college or technical school or 6 months- 1 years equivalent combination of education and experience in related area. Registration/Certification/Licensure: Certified Surgical Technician preferred Experience: Position requires 6 months -1 years related experience. Other Requirements: Maintains unit specific and hospital competencies according to policy requirements Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements. Location: Calvert Health System · CMC OR Schedule: Full Time, Varied Shifts, Monday-Friday with Call as assigned
