The ideal candidate will deliver high value care through a hybrid blend of in-home and virtual treatment sessions. If you take ownership over your schedule, communicate effectively, and have strong time management skills, this is a great opportunity for you!QualificationsCurrent Licensed Physical Therapist in New York StateCompleted state regulated CEU requirement in NYSBLS certificationCommit to a minimum of 4 visits/weekDemonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skillsExcited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomesCreative and flexible, but always puts the patient firstExcellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire teamNew grads are welcome to apply!Job Type: 1099 independent contractorResponsibilities:Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseloadConsistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experienceDocument all treatments in our EMRCommunicate via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as neededMentorship Program:1-on-1 mentorship with experienced Kins physical therapists to guide you every step of the wayGradual caseload ramp upIndependence with a strong support system
