Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead a transformational HR opportunity within a global manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the overall HR process, systems, technology, and culture, aligning HR strategy with global and regional business objectives. This role demands a hands-on, strategic leader who can serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, lead HR transformation, and ensure the implementation of strategic initiatives that have a meaningful and sustainable impact. The VP of HR will also be tasked with driving change management, talent management, and development, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation.Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' HR experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years in HR leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, legal compliance, and all aspects of HR management. They must be a proven change agent with experience in HR transformation within a global, complex environment, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. The role also requires excellent communication, the ability to influence and coach management, and a willingness to travel as needed.Travel Percent
