Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Job description We are currently seeking Direct Support Professional to join our team. For those of you who are not yet experienced or credentialed in these areas you should still apply, we offer PAID training! Pay Range starting at $18.00 depending on experience No experience, we will train! We are FULLY COMPLIANT in HCBS in all programs Requirements of the Direct Support Professional - DSP You must be 18 years or older Have a high-school diploma or equivalent GED Able to pass a criminal history background check MUST have a current/valid Maine driver's license and MUST be insurable Able to attend ALL mandatory trainings and staff meetings Must willing to travel and have reliable transportation Benefits of the Direct Support Professional - DSP for Part Time employees: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) PAID TIME OFF (PTO) 40 hours after 120 days Wellness Program Paid training at regular rate of pay Discount for personal cell phones through US cellular Direct Support Professional - DSP - Shift Availability. Shift : Part-Time in South Paris, Maine week 1 Fri 3p-9p, Mon 7a-9p, Wed 9a-9p , Thurs 1p-9p week 2 Sat & Sun 9a-9p, Tues 7a-5p, Thurs 3p-9p every other weekend off !!
