Job InfoJob Location: Concord, North CarolinaRoute Type: LocalType of Assignment: Temp to HireTransmission Type: AutomaticJob RequirementsExperience: 2+ yearsHandling: Heavy TouchAdditional InformationLocal CDL A Driver - $26.50 Per Hour - Touch Freight  TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Concord, NC.  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.  CDL A Details  Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10pm Start time, 10+ hour shifts, 50+ hours per week Pay:  $26.50 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours Route Type: Local, 1 - 2 Stops per day, delivering to NC/SC/GA/TN/VA Freight / Load Type: Office Supplies/ Furniture Equipment: Automatic trucks Handling: Touch freight, unload with manual pallet jack using lift gate & docks CDL A Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL A   Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience  Endorsements: None Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements  CDL A Responsibilities:   Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes  Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards  Perform required handling tasks including touch freight with manual pallet jack  Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations  Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]  Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program  Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
