The Lead DevOps Engineer will work closely with engineering teams to establish and maintain DevOps best practices, including CI/CD automation, infrastructure reliability, observability, and secure deployment patterns. This individual will contribute to platform design discussions, provide technical guidance, and help ensure solutions are built with scalability, resiliency, and security in mind. In this role, you will collaborate with both in-house engineering teams and external vendor partners to integrate platform components and deliver production-ready Web3 capabilities. You will coordinate with globally distributed teams, supporting them through hands-on troubleshooting, environment improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation initiatives. In addition, you will partner with cross-functional groups, including architecture, risk, and security, to ensure platform solutions meet DTCC's compliance, reliability, and operational standards. Your contributions will directly support DTCC's mission to deliver a stable, secure, and scalable Web3 platform for production workloads.Your Primary Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the development and deployment of our applicationsCollaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutionsAutomate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalabilityImplement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processesProvide technical support and assistance to the development teamMonitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and securityDefine and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for timely identification and resolution of incidentsMaintain and enhance the security of our infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirementsProvide On-call Weekly/Weekend off-hour L3-4 support on a rotational schedule with other team membersDevelop and maintain system documentationStay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in DevSecOps and cybersecurityNOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.Qualifications:Minimum 6 years' experience in Infrastructure as a Code Development (IAC) skills using DevSecops pipelineProven experience in DevSecOps or a similar roleStrong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP or AWSBachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experienceTalents Needed for Success:Azure DLT (Besu, Canton)Azure (e.g., Azure VMs, VNet, Azure AD, Key Vault, Storage, Functions)DevOps (Experience with CI/CD tools and secure software development practices)Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java)Git-based workflows and DevOps tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)CNAPPStrong hands-on experience with Terraform and Bicep (or CloudFormation for AWS)Networking, IAM Policies, cloud-native security controlsWe offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
