Role: Java Spring Boot & Microservices Consultant
Location:
Charlotte, NC or Edison, NJ. Face-to-face interview required. Employment: Open to candidates on H4 , Green Card (GC), GC EAD, or H-1B. This is a W2 position.

Required Skills:
- JavaSpring Boot / Spring Framework
- Microservices architecture
- KafkaMongoDBReactive programming (e.g., Project Reactor, RxJava)
- OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) or equivalent container/orchestration experience
Experience & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of application development experience with Java-based technologies
- Hands-on experience designing and building microservices using Spring BootProven experience with event-driven systems using Kafka
- Experience working with MongoDB and reactive programming patterns
- Familiarity with container platforms (OpenShift) and cloud-native deployments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to attend on-site interviews as required
