We are seeking experienced Thermal/Mechanical Engineers to build the next generation of our cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical and thermal design and development for complex electronic systems. Design and validate systems and subsystems to meet program objectives. Participate in the cross-discipline design process working with other hardware and software team members to develop optimized integrated solutions. Conduct failure analysis and solution validation for product development and fleet systems. Manage interaction with overseas resources. Provide mentorship and technical reviews to a team of mechanical/thermal design engineers. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience in thermal and mechanical design of server technologies. Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. Experience with the project management of technical projects. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. Experience with the project management of technical projects. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
