You’ll work in a beautifully maintained, faith-led space with thoughtful systems already in place, and leadership that is invested in your growth.This position is ideal for stylists who want stability, growth, mentorship, and a workplace that aligns with their values - without the stress of running a business alone.Position Details:* Commission Based W2 Employee* Able to perform a range of professional hair services that align with Graced Studio standards* Build and retain a loyal clientele through consistent, high quality service and genuine relationship building* Represent Graced Studio’s brand and values through professional appearance, positive attitude, and respectful communicationQualifications:* Must have a current and active North Carolina Cosmetology license* Exhibit proficiency in services offered* Excel at communication and client service skills* Exhibit a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to teamworkCompensation:* Stylists are paid on a commission basis determined by total service sales each pay period* Base commission split is established upon hiring and may be adjusted based on experience, performance, and consistency* 100% of tips are retained by the stylist* Stylists are considered W2 employees and all applicable taxes will be withheld according to federal and state regulationsEducation:* Stylists receive an annual education allowance of $100 to use toward education opportunities* Quarterly in-salon education is provided at no cost to the stylist* Stylists have the opportunity to participate in personalized business coaching with Jesse Rhodes to focus on goal setting, time management, client retention, technical training, etc.Marketing:Graced Studio will help stylist market through:* Websites (Official Graced Studio website, Google, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook)* Professional Photoshoots* Loyalty Program* Referral Program* Graced Studio Business Cards* Personalized Marketing Strategy PlanSchedule:* Stylists are able to work with Graced Studio to determine their ideal work schedule.* Graced Studio is closed on Sundays, and all major holidays.
