Job DescriptionConstruction SuperintendentWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects in Denver with pay starting at 140K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of construction sitesCoordinate subcontractors and ensure they are completing work according to project timelinesMonitor and enforce compliance with building and safety codesDevelop and maintain project schedulesCommunicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients and upper managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fieldProven experience as a Construction SuperintendentStrong knowledge of construction processes, means and methodsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to problem solve and make decisions under pressureOSHA certification is preferred
