Assistant Program Manager – Test & Evaluation (T&E)

Overview In this role you support planning, coordinating, and reporting developmental and operational tests across the program lifecycle using NAVAIR procedures. You’ll align test activities with acquisition strategy, technical requirements, and government guidance while working with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to verify system performance before fielding. The position is on-site in Lexington Park, MD with travel, supporting mission-critical aviation programs. You’ll contribute to test planning, data analysis, and review processes that shape program success.
