Behavior Technician (Part-Time, Nepali-Speaking Preferred) - Akron, OHHours:Monday and Friday 3pm-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-1pm SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate, Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy in Akron, OHNepali-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply-we value professionals who can serve their own community and assist with translation when needed. Your Role:Work 1:1 with a child in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans Teach communication, daily living, and social skills Collect data and collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs Support families through parent training and consistent communication Translate and support the family in their native language when appropriate Work Environment: This job operates in a client's home. Candidates must be comfortable entering homes and neighborhoods within the assigned area. What You Bring:1+ year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred) Experience in early intervention (ages 2-6) Current CPR certification (preferred) Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills A passion for helping children grow and succeed Reliable transportation to client homes in Akron Fluency in Nepali and willingness to translate as neededJob Details:Part-time: ~16 hours/week Schedule: Monday and Friday 3pm-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-1pm Pay: $17-$22/hour (direct) Location: In-home (Akron, OH) Benefits: PTO, professional development opportunities Join a Company That Values People Over ProfitAt SparkJoy ABA, we're changing lives-one session at a time.
