The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the assigned territory, developing relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves prospecting and closing sales, delivering presentations, providing product training to clients, and managing key accounts to meet sales targets. The individual will also collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Productive Territory Managers make over $100K per year.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and manage relationships with clients.Proven Sales experience, including the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals successfully.Expertise in Training and Sales Management to lead and guide clients and team members effectively.Proactive problem-solving abilities and goal-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.Experience in waste management or a related field is a plus but not required.Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
