ROW (Right Of Way) Operator
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Right-of-Way (ROW) Equipment Operator to support utility and pipeline maintenance. This position is responsible for operating light and heavy equipment within established ROW corridors. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of construction equipment experience, prioritizes safety, and is willing to travel as needed. Primary Responsibilities
Operate heavy and light equipment within pipeline and utility ROW environments
Load and unload equipment and materials safely
Conduct daily inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance (PM) on equipment and tools
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Perform flagging and traffic control as needed
Assist crew with general labor duties when required
Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in pipeline or underground utility ROW environments
Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
