Experience handling complex litigation matters is a plus.ResponsibilitiesManage plaintiff personal injury and employment law cases from intake through resolutionHandle day-to-day case advancement and ensure matters progress efficientlyDraft complaints, motions, pleadings, arbitration demands, and other litigation documentsConduct legal research and prepare written argumentsPropound and respond to written discoveryTake and defend depositionsAnalyze and summarize medical recordsAttend and argue motions and opposition hearingsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts throughout the litigation processQualifications1–3 years of plaintiff personal injury and/or employment law experienceLicensed California attorney in good standingStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skills xhyhwjd Experience handling depositions and discoveryAbility to manage a litigation caseload independentlyStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with complex litigation matters is a plusCompensation & BenefitsFull-time positionSalary starting at $120,000 annually, depending on experienceOpportunity for long-term growth with a growing plaintiff-side firm
