COMING AUGUST 2026 - Canton Rodeo is opening its first location in Paramus, NJ, and we're building our founding team. Canton Rodeo brings Hong Kong BBQ to the neighborhood in a fast, warm, craft-first format. Prep Cook 1 (Dishes and Sauce Prep) is the foundation of the kitchen. You execute dish and sauce prep to recipe, keeping the line ready and stocked. What you'll do: - Execute dish and sauce prep to Canton Rodeo recipes - Follow prep lists, portion, and label accurately - Support the line during service - Maintain strict sanitation and food-safety standards - Keep your station clean, organized, and efficient What we're looking for: a reliable, team-first person with a sense of urgency and pride in doing things right. Prior kitchen or prep experience a plus. Pay: $18.50 - $19.50/hr. We're hosting a hiring event the week of July 27 (Mon 7/27, Tue 7/28, Wed 7/29, 10AM-3PM) in the Hackensack/Paramus area.
