We’re hiring a Production Clerk II to support our manufacturing operations at our Cranberry Township site. If you enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, balancing documentation with hands-on production work, and collaborating across teams, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
As a Production Clerk II, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate production records, smooth workflow coordination, and daily operational success. You’ll partner closely with Production, Quality, Inventory, and Scheduling teams while providing both administrative and production-floor support.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate daily production and assembly records
Prepare, manage, and organize physical and electronic documentation.
Compile, verify, and enter data into ERP, QMS, or manufacturing systems.
Respond to internal requests for information via phone or email.
Perform routine administrative and production-support tasks.
Assemble, adjust, test, and calibrate parts according to manufacturing specifications.
Safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment within a Class 7 cleanroom environment.
Perform rework or repairs following documented procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in manufacturing production support or clerical role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with ERP/MRP, QMS, or manufacturing systems (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Monday to Thursday- 6am-4:30pm, OT on Fridays periodically
