SUMMARY The Niemann Harvest Market Meat Wrapper duties include but are not limited to providing genuine customer service, provide wrapping, weighing and pricing support for the Meat Department, gaining product knowledge and working in a safe manner while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction Learns and uses the three E's: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment Wraps meat on automatic wrapper, semi-automatic wrapper, and manual wrapper following proper procedure for each. Ensures all meat is properly priced, labeled and code dated at all times Monitors quality of product to ensure appearances meet Harvest Market standards Maintains wrapping machines.
