At Kentfield, we work in close partnership with patients and families to help achieve the best possible outcomes.Position SummaryDevelops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care of assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Kentfield Hospital. The provision of care includes direct care along with the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Works in a charge nurse capacity as assigned based on patient and hospital need. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the role of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty.This position is a Full Time DAY position located at our San Francisco location.Position Supervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervises the following positions: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
