The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining landscapes and ensuring proper fertilizers and pesticides are being apply to support healthy plant growth. Responsibilities Mix pesticides, and fertilizers for application. Operating safely vehicle, mechanized Z-Sprayer, and Equipment. Fill sprayer tanks with water and chemicals, according to formulas. Lift, push, and swing nozzles, hoses, and tubes to direct spray over designated areas. Able to pass federal and state training. Perform any other work as assigned by the Landscape Superintendent and/or Director of Horticulture. Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients. Troubleshooting and resolving fertilization or pest issues in a timely and efficient manner Qualifications: **Minimum age 21 years old, for insurance purposes with a VALID Driver's License and must pass a law enforcement background check. background check with a MVR check** Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Must be able to work outside sometimes in extreme weather conditions. Able to work independently, follow directions, and have good attendance Able to lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs. Must have experience in lawn care with a Z-Spray. Education High School diploma or equivalent. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Lawn Care Spray Technician. Experienced in using Z-Spray. Previous experience in landscaping.
