Medical Office Secretary

About the JobReceptionistWe are an established medical office in Port Charlotte, Florida looking for a receptionist to join our team. We work hard to serve patients and provide an informative and enjoyable time in our office.Receptionist Job Responsibilities:Serves patients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.Maintains our telecommunications systems including phones and electronic medical records.Aids our patients with their questions and establishes their care with us.Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating the needs of our patients.Contributes to a team effort to joyfully serve our patients' needs.Work Hours & Benefits:Hiring full and part-time.Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, and life, and disability insurance.We have a generous holiday, vacation, and sick time policies.Hours are Monday through Friday. They can be flexible, but do not include nights or weekends.Receptionist Qualifications / Skills:Telephone Skills.Verbal Communication.Listening.Professionalism.Customer Focus.Organization.Informing Others.Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:Must have experience with computers.Previous experience in medical offices preferred.
