Job DescriptionJob Title: Cardiac Cath Lab TechnologistOverview:Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, responsible for operating advanced cardiac and fluoroscopy equipment in a high-stakes environment. Your expertise will support life-saving procedures, monitor patient vitals, and ensure safety standards are met. This critical role offers the opportunity to contribute to patient care excellence in a fast-paced, rewarding setting.Pay Package: $2,760 Weekly PayShift: 7am - 3:30pm (5 days per week)Required Skills:Associate degree in radiologic sciences (Required); Bachelor's preferredMinimum 2 years of cath lab experienceProficiency in operating diagnostic fluoroscopy and cardiac equipmentWell-versed in hemodynamic monitoring and radiation safety protocolsEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to perform complex, potentially hazardous tasksKnowledge of federal, state, and local radiation regulationsAbility to adapt to evolving procedures and technologyComputer literacy including web-based applications and PACS system expertiseAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shiftsCertifications: BLS, ACLS (Required); Registered Radiologic Technologist (State & ARRT registration)Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in radiologic sciencesAt least two years of professional cath lab experienceOther Requirements:Must hold valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications through AHACertification and registration as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of practice and from ARRTAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, standing/walking for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasksWillingness to work in an environment with exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseasesWhy Choose Medical Edge?Medical Edge offers a comprehensive support system dedicated to your success.
