This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and extensive field experience in commercial and residential construction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of the project lifecycle from start to completionCollaborate with the preconstruction team to develop and finalize project schedulesManage and update three-week look-ahead schedulesCoordinate daily construction operations with subcontractors, architects, and consultantsMaintain daily and weekly construction activity logsEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company standardsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documentsSupervise job sites to ensure productivity, quality, and safety complianceIdentify potential issues and implement proactive solutionsManage on-site resources and maintain accurate project recordsMonitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlinesCommunicate directly with the project executive team via email and reportingQualificationsMinimum of 15+ years of construction management experience, preferably in commercial, retail, or multifamily projectsStrong scheduling experience, including building, sequencing, updating, and finalizing schedules (MS Project, Builders Trend, or similar)Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Builders TrendSolid working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret construction documents and blueprintsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsExperience with LEED certification and sustainable building practices is a plusPLEASE SEND RESUMES TO: eddie@aebuilders.net
