Construction Project Manager

We’re growing and seeking a project manager with at least 5 years’ work experience in commercial construction with an emphasis on site development and ground up work. Must have good computer skills and ability to work with Excel and Microsoft Project and be well versed with estimating projects. Based in Plainfield, IL, we offer health care, 401K, PTO and other company benefits. Preparation an maintenance of project schedules and budgets. Ability to successfully build technically challenging projects while maintaining a work relationship with owners, architects, vendors governing authorities and subcontractors. Ability to effectively mange multiple projects Experience recognizing design or other changes that will enhance the quality of the project, reduce operating and maintain costs, improve schedule completion or decrease construction costs.
