Leave a legacy.If you like building durable, production-grade systems that solve real problems—and doing it alongside talented engineers who care deeply about their craft—this is the place.Job DetailsWe’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale intelligent software agents that drive automation across our Ruby and AWS-based platform.You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and customer-facing teams to build core systems that power real-time document workflows, automation triggers, and integrations that help financial institutions move faster.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive technical projects from architecture to deliveryBuild scalable, fault-tolerant Ruby services on AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)Refactor legacy code for long-term clarity, testability, and scalabilityTranslate customer and product insights into high-leverage workflow automationParticipate in the on-call rotation to ensure uptime and reliabilityHelp shape team culture through mentorship, feedback, and ownershipQualifications7+ years of production software experienceStrong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and AWS services (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, etc.)Deep systems thinking — designing for scale, queues, failure states, and observabilityStrong communication and documentation skillsExperience mentoring engineers and influencing team directionBonus PointsExperience building automation tools, bots, or agentic systemsFamiliarity with RPA, document collection, or event-driven architecturesExperience in regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA)Product-minded you care about the why behind what you buildInterested in hearing more?
