Truck Driver CDL A

Job Description ResponsibilitiesWork with rigging teams hauling rigging equipment such as forklifts, man-lifts, broderson cranes and job boxes on or ramp trailers, stepdeck trailers, and lowboy trailers, safely and efficiently to job sites.Transport CNC machines, injection mold machines and other manufacturing machinery.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly.Load, secure, and unload machinery and materials in compliance with DOT and company regulations.Coordinate with dispatchers, supervisors, and rigging crews to complete scheduled deliveries.Monitor load weights and oversize loads to prevent overload and unsafe operation.Maintain accurate delivery records, inspection logs, and maintenance reports.Follow OSHA, CDL, and company safety procedures at all times.Report mechanical issues, accidents, or safety concerns promptly.Assist with general labor, machinery installations, and job-site support duties when needed.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Valid CDL license with clean driving record.Forklift and man-lift operator certification is a plus, but not mandatory. We will train the right candidate.Previous experience transporting equipment, machinery, and oversize loads.Knowledge of DOT regulations, load securement, and job-site safety procedures.Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read delivery tickets, work orders, and equipment manuals.Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.Occasional out of town work.Pay & Benefits The position starts at $30.00 per hour with a 90 day review.Immediate vacation time and paid holidays.Health benefits are available.
