Sales Enablement Specialist
Convey (formerly Message Broadcast) is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a hands-on Sales Enablement Specialist to elevate the effectiveness of our go-to-market teams.In this role, you’ll design, execute, and optimize enablement programs that support Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Marketing—ensuring teams have the tools, content, and training needed to perform at a high level. This is a highly cross-functional position with direct impact on ramp time, win rates, and overall revenue performance.What You’ll DoBuild and deliver training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance selling skills and product knowledgeContinuously evolve enablement programs based on team needs and performance dataDevelop and manage onboarding programs that accelerate ramp time for new hiresEquip sellers with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed quicklyProactively recommend new training initiatives and topics to RevOps and Sales LeadershipAlign enablement efforts to drive measurable business outcomesCreate and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, and templates aligned to the customer journeyEnsure consistency with established sales methodologiesOwn and optimize content organization within SeismicEnsure materials are current, relevant, and easily accessibleManage and execute a structured enablement calendar to reinforce key knowledge areasPartner with RevOps to streamline sales processes and improve data hygiene across Salesforce and GTM systemsWork closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging and enablement with product launches and campaignsTrack enablement KPIs (ramp time, training completion, content usage, win rates)Deliver insights and recommendations to leadershipWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field3–7 years of Sales Enablement experience within a B2B SaaS environmentStrong knowledge of modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC) and experience implementing enablement programsProven ability to create impactful training and enablement contentExperience managing content platforms (e.g., Seismic)Core CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with the ability to tie enablement efforts to business outcomesHighly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionallyOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with Salesforce CRMExperience with enablement and sales tools (Seismic, Chorus, ZoomInfo)Additional DetailsLocation: Denver, CO (Hybrid preferred)Travel: Minimal (<10%), primarily for team offsites, SKOs, and training eventsUs-based Roles Only - BenefitsFully covered Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for employeesCost share for dependents401(K) plan with company matchFully covered STD/LTDEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Maternity Leave12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parentPaid Paternity LeaveFlexible PTO policy - We trust employees to manage their time effectively and take time off as needed to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
