C# Developer

Position: C# DeveloperSeattle, WA - 2-3 days every week onsite This is W2 PositionJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Lead C# Developer with strong FACETS experience to join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting applications that integrate with the FACETS platform, ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions aligned with business needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using C#/.NET technologies.Work extensively with the FACETS core administration system for configuration, customization, and integration.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Develop and maintain APIs, services, and backend components supporting healthcare workflows.Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership.Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to FACETS and .NET applications.Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and data security regulations.Participate in system integration, testing, and deployment activities.Required Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of experience in C#/.NET development.Strong hands-on experience with FACETS (Claims, Billing, Membership, or Provider modules).Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services.Solid understanding of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.Experience with system integrations and data exchange in healthcare systems.Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and leadership skills.
