As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and budget. You will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with colleagues to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Identify customer needs and wants, and recommend suitable vehicles based on customer requirements. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and answer customer questions about vehicle features and specifications. Explain sales prices and financing options with customers, while ensuring that the dealership's profitability is maintained. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business and referrals. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers.RequirementsRequirements: Previous experience in car sales or a similar sales role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong negotiation and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of financing options and sales process is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license.
