Role Description Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking a Director of Co-Curricular Programming for a full-time, on-site role in Marion, IN. The Director will oversee, develop, and enhance co-curricular activities that align with the university’s mission and values. Responsibilities include designing and implementing data-driven programs, managing ongoing projects, collaborating with faculty and staff to enrich the student experience, and utilizing tools for data analysis to assess and improve program outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Statistical Programming and SAS (Programming Language)Strong skills in Programming and Data ManagementExperience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and evaluationAbility to use data analysis to guide program development and improvementStrong organizational, leadership, and teamwork capabilitiesCommitment to the mission, vision, and values of a Christ-centered institutionMaster’s degree in education, data science, or a related field preferredFamiliarity with co-curricular programs in higher education is highly desirable
