Cabinet Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Production Manager to lead our custom cabinetry production in Los Angeles.This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily operations, coordinating teams, and managing projects from technical review through installation.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day production operations in a custom cabinetry shop• Launch projects into production (review drawings, dimensions, and materials)• Monitor cutting, assembly, and overall production readiness• Coordinate shop team and installers to ensure smooth workflow• Collaborate with sales team on technical aspects of projects• Ensure quality control throughout production and installation• Visit job sites as needed to oversee installations• Communicate with clients when technical clarification is required• Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery• Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in cabinetry / millwork / production (10+ preferred)• Strong understanding of full production cycle (from drawings to installation)• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans• Experience managing or coordinating production teams• Knowledge of materials and hardware (MDF, plywood, veneer, etc.)• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Compensation & Benefits:•Compensation: Competitive, based on experience • Overtime available when required• Performance-based bonusesWork Environment:• On-site role (office + production floor)• Occasional job site visits• Fast-paced custom cabinetry environment
