Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physician Assistant role based in Lynchburg, VA. The Physician Assistant will work closely with dermatologists to provide patient care, including conducting dermatological evaluations, diagnosing skin conditions, and formulating treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include performing in-office procedures, documenting patient records accurately, and educating patients about skincare practices and treatments. The role also includes collaborating with the clinical staff to ensure efficient and effective patient management. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planningProficiency in performing dermatological procedures and treatmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaborationAttention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and thorough medical recordsExperience in dermatology or a related field is highly beneficialActive Physician Assistant certification (NCCPA) and current state licensure in VirginiaCommitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environmentAdaptability to work in a team-oriented, small-practice setting
