????Were Hiring: SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead (Brownfield Migration) - ONSITE - L.A./O.C. Were looking for a seasonedSAP S/4HANA Finance Leadto join a high-impact global transformation program. This role will lead a Brownfield migration from ECC to S/4HANA, supporting operations across the U.S., Canada, and key Latin American markets. This role will require you to be onsite several days a week for collaboration. ????Location:Hybrid must be able to work ONSITE 23 days per week near Cerritos, CA If you thrive in complex, multi-country implementations and enjoy driving business transformation at scale, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact. ????What Youll Do Lead end-to-endFI/CO deliveryfor a large-scale S/4HANA Brownfield migration (on-premise, hosted on a dedicated hyperscaler) Drivedesign workshopsand partner with business stakeholders to define future-state processes Overseeconfiguration, data, and process setupaligned with SAP best practices Collaborate with technical teams onRICEF development Ensuretesting, quality assurance, and go-live readiness Supportdata migration, reporting, and analyticsinitiatives Manageissues, risks, and stakeholder communicationsacross regions ?What You Bring 10+ years of SAP delivery experience, includingBrownfield S/4HANA migrations Strongleadership and stakeholder managementskills Proven success deliveringcomplex, multi-team global SAP programs Solid understanding ofend-to-end business processes , including supply chain integration ????Why Join Us?
