Position Summary:
Provides direct personal care and supervision to the residents at the home. Promotes resident wellbeing and satisfaction through support with activities of daily living. Communicate with other family members, and other members of the team to ensure resident needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility
Respond promptly and compassionately to call alerts
Support meal prep, service, and assistance during meals
Encourage engagement in enrichment activities
Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces
Provide positioning, transfers, and transport as needed
Document care provided accurately
Promote dignity, privacy, and resident independence
Follow HIPAA, safety procedures, and all policies
Contribute to a culture of positivity and teamwork
Assisting with self-medication administration using ALIS
Administering medications as prescribed by Providers
Meets all state Health Requirements
Document all medication administered
Collect and record patient vital signs appropriately
Qualifications
Required:
Certified Medication Aide Certificate (CMA)
Strong communication and people skills
Team player with a caring heart
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:
Caregiving or healthcare experience
CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to get certified)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
Long periods of walking or standing
Frequent movement, reaching, bending, and lifting
