The Triage Nurse will apply clinical knowledge and judgment and use decision making skills to analyze and act on patient care issues. The RN will be providing clinical support in assessment of symptoms, determination of symptom acuity, offering information related to symptom management, patient education and care coordinator. As the scope of the Access Center increases over time, the triage RN will take on responsibilities which are consistent with the scope of practice.   Qualifications Minimum Requirements Education Nursing Diploma, Associate Degree or other degree required for nursing licensure Experience 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience Knowledge of computer and medical systems Licensure, Certification, Registration Current State of CT RN license and current CPR certification *CPR cert required within 6 months of hire We take great care of careers.    With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
