Job Title: Engineering Associate - Electrical EngineeringLocation: Wilmington DEDuration: 11 months plus extensionsEngineering Associate – suitable for individuals with strong interest and background in science and engineering. In this role, you will have an opportunity to:Qualifications:• Bachelor's or associate degree in electrical/mechanical or relevant engineering.• Skilled in programming and data acquisition• Knowledge in CAD modeling.• Knowledge in hands-on electrical engineering.• Must have strong time management and organization skills.• Motivated to learn and apply new skills.• Fluency in English languageEducational Qualification --Bachelor's or associate degree in electrical/mechanical or relevant engineeringYour Key Responsibilities:• Operate and even develop benchtop test equipment for characterizing a variety of material properties and conducting reliability testing.• Learn quickly to become proficient in a wide range of tests and processes.• Accountable for own contributions in a timely manner• Solve simple problems using scientific reasoning.• Use hand-held power tools for sample preparation and/or projects involving hardware modification or fabrication.• Collect and compile data from tests.• Collaborate with multifunctional team members.• Maintain the lab including labeling samples and proper waste disposal.• Will be responsible for maintaining, verifying, and calibrating some lab equipment.Why TalentBurst?At TalentBurst, we deliver more than talent, we deliver outcomes.
