Role Description Carmin Industries is seeking a skilled CNC Operator for a full-time, on-site role at our Jacksonville, AL location. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts, setting up machinery, interpreting technical drawings, conducting quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety and production standards. The role requires attention to detail and strict compliance with industry and company quality requirements. Qualifications Competency in Machine Operation and Machinery handlingProficiency in Machining and Milling techniquesExperience in Quality Control and ensuring production standardsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with industry-specific standards, such as AS9100, is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet deadlinesHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machining is preferred
