This role blends sales, event coordination, marketing, and guest relations into one highly visible position that plays a major role in expanding the restaurant’s presence within the local community and beyond. The ideal candidate is both hospitality-driven and sales-minded, capable of building genuine relationships while maintaining strong organizational and operational awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Sales & Client RelationsRespond to private dining, large party, and event inquiries in a timely and professional mannerConduct site tours and build relationships with prospective clients, local businesses, and community partnersCreate customized event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders based on client needs and operational capabilitiesManage the full booking process from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up and guest retentionMaintain and grow a strong network of corporate, social, VIP, and community clienteleActively pursue new business opportunities and assist in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goalsMaintain strong communication with clients to ensure expectations are exceeded throughout the planning processEvent Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate logistics for private events, large parties, buyouts, activations, and special experiencesCommunicate event details clearly with culinary, operations, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth executionOversee onsite event execution and maintain service standards throughout the guest experienceAct as the primary point of contact for clients during events and assist with guest relations as neededSupport floor presence during high-volume services, community activations, and special eventsAnticipate operational challenges and work proactively to ensure successful executionMarketing & Brand DevelopmentCollaborate with leadership on marketing campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and brand activationsAssist with social media planning, event promotion, and content coordinationBuild and maintain relationships with local businesses, hotels, concierge teams, influencers, and community organizationsHelp coordinate photoshoots, influencer dinners, media opportunities, and promotional eventsMonitor local market trends, guest behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesContribute creative ideas that help strengthen brand identity, community presence, and guest engagementAdministrative & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate client records, booking notes, and event tracking within CRM and event management systemsGenerate sales reports and assist leadership in monitoring booking trends and performance metricsTrack contracts, deposits, payment schedules, and event timelines with strong attention to detailAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial organization related to events and marketing initiativesMaintain organized event documentation and communication records across departmentsWhat Success Looks LikeA successful Sales & Events Marketing Manager is organized, outgoing, hospitality-driven, and highly proactive.
