This role focuses on social media, campaigns, and communication, helping bring ideas to life and keep everything consistent and engaging.We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, and excited about storytelling — especially someone who enjoys social media and wants to grow their skills.Experience or interest in addiction recovery or mental health is a plus.What You’ll Do:Manage and update digital content calendarCreate, schedule, and post content across social mediaSupport marketing campaigns and eventsWrite and edit content (with support from AI tools)Work with the designer to create visualsTrack performance and adjust content as neededSocial Media (Big Focus):Post and manage content dailyEngage with followers and build communityIdentify new platforms that should be used for WisHope brandsHelp grow accounts on all social platformsIdentify strong content and boost itSEO & Ads (Basic Level):Work with our SEO/ads team to align contentHelp support blog and campaign topicsLearn and improve over timeWhat We’re Looking For:Strong social media skills (especially TikTok)Good writing and storytelling abilityBasic understanding of SEO and ads (or willingness to learn)Organized and able to manage multiple tasksComfortable using AI tools to support content creationCurious, motivated, and eager to learn
