Job Title: Nurse Manager - Inpatient Rehabilitation ServicesLocation: Dallas, TX 75230Pay: Starting at $56.74/hour (based on experience)Position OverviewThe Nurse Manager - Inpatient RehabilitationServices is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care within a rehabilitation unit. This leadership role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting staff development, operational efficiency, and continuous performance improvement. The Nurse Manager collaborates closely with senior leadership to support clinical excellence, staffing strategies, and financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Patient Care LeadershipEnsure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care within the rehabilitation unitMaintain compliance with established nursing standards and professional practice guidelinesPromote continuity of care and effective interdisciplinary collaborationServe as a liaison between patients, families, and care teamsOperations & Unit ManagementOversee daily clinical and operational functions of a 33-bed inpatient rehab unitMaintain 24-hour accountability for unit performance and patient outcomesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and care deliveryStaff Management & DevelopmentLead recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations for nursing staff (approx. 45 FTEs)Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance managementFacilitate staff meetings, training programs, and ongoing education initiativesServe as a clinical resource and advocate for team membersQuality & Performance ImprovementParticipate in quality improvement and outcome-driven initiativesEnsure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standardsFinancial & Administrative ResponsibilitiesSupport budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocationContribute to cost control and operational efficiency effortsRequired QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Nursing programBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related fieldActive RN License (Texas or Compact State)Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 12 months of hirePreferred QualificationsCertified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) - required within 3 years of hireFIM Certification (UDSMR credential) - required within 60 days of hireExperience Requirements3-5 years of experience as a staff nurse in inpatient rehabilitation3-5 years of leadership or management experience (or demonstrated leadership capability)Strong clinical expertise in rehabilitation nursingFor more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
