Brand & Operations CoordinatorThe Marchesiello Team – Saratoga Springs, NYRole OverviewThe Brand & Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing and maintaining both the external presence of The Marchesiello Team and the internal systems that support it. This is an IN PERSON full time role at our Saratoga Springs office. There is no education requirement for the right candidate.This supporting role sits at the intersection of:Marketing execution and brand executionAgent onboarding and support Operational systems and day-to-day coordination The right candidate will ensure that:Our marketing is consistent, polished, and on time Our agents are properly onboarded and supported Our systems run efficiently without constant oversight. We always ask “How can we do it better”. You are bringing vetted ideas constantly. Good enough is never good enough.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with high standards for follow-through, organization, and ownership.Primary Responsibilities1. Marketing & Brand ExecutionOversee the accuracy of the marketing for all team listings Create and manage original content across social media, video, and digital platforms Produce and coordinate video content (short-form, reels, YouTube). You MUST be willing to bring creative ideas to the table and execute them. Industry knowledge or ability to research industry best practice is a must (Real Esstate).Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials Execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, 36 Touch) Support print and promotional materials (brochures, luxury listings, etc.) Assist in “telling the story” of the team through content, branding, and visibility Ensure all listings are marketed on time and at a high standard w/ full time assistance from a VA who executes drafts and access to an AI driven marketing libraryMUST have a working knowledge of Canva and Cap Cut or similar editing software2. Agent Onboarding & SupportCoordinate onboarding for new agents (headshots, systems, branding setup) Support training organization and implementation using google workspace/classrooms and update as processes changeEnsure agents are aligned with brand standards from day one3. Operations & Systems ManagementBuild, document, and maintain SOPs Manage CRM systems, SmartPlans, and automation workflows Organize and maintain internal systems (Drive, processes, workflows) Provide basic tech support and troubleshooting in an “office manager” capacityOversee virtual assistants and delegated tasks when applicable Step in to support operational/executive assistant tasks to founder needs as they arise 4. Client & Team ExperienceCoordinate events and client engagement initiatives Manage recurring client touchpoints (birthdays, anniversaries, campaigns) Ensure events are funded by sponsorships (gather, invoice, and track)Help implement and manage AI tools and processes to create business efficienciesIdentify gaps and proactively solve problemsPerformance Standards & ExpectationsThis role is measured by execution, consistency, and ownership of the role.
