Candidates will be considered at the appropriate level based on experience and qualifications.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and oversee assigned County projectsCoordinate with contractors, engineers, developers, and internal departmentsMonitor budgets and project progress to ensure compliance with contractsConduct inspections, field investigations, and project evaluationsLead pre-construction meetings and participate in final project walkthroughsPrepare reports, documentation, and correspondenceReview materials and construction activities to ensure compliance with specificationsMinimum QualificationsProject Manager IBachelor’s degree in a related fieldTwo (2) years of experience in construction management and inspection, or related experienceProject Manager IIBachelor’s degree in a related fieldFive (5) years of experience in construction management and inspection, or related experienceMaster’s degree or professional certification preferredSalaryProject Manager I: $67,304 – $89,178 annuallyProject Manager II: $81,966 – $108,605 annuallyWhy Forsyth CountyForsyth County offers the opportunity to work on impactful public projects within a growing organization.
