Acute Care RN - Medical Surgical

We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for a 12-hour day shift at a 22-bed critical access hospital.Responsibilities include providing safe, effective, culturally competent care for diverse patient populations, managing acute medical and surgical cases, supervising team members, and coordinating interdisciplinary communication.Key duties involve initial assessments, developing and implementing personalized care plans, reassessing patient progress, and ensuring discharge planning.Qualifications include an associate degree in nursing, current Illinois RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS if telemetry is used.
