Role: Sr. Program Manager with BankingLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid role 3 days/week from day1)Job Description:Required Qualifications7-10+ years of Program Management, Portfolio Management, or Technology Delivery experience within the financial services industry.Prior experience leading large-scale, highly complex programs involving Treasury, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Capital Management, or Data Management initiatives.Demonstrated ability to drive execution across matrixed organizations consisting of business, technology, risk, finance, and operations partners.Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials and facilitating discussions with senior leadership.Ability to establish governance routines, drive accountability, manage dependencies, and provide transparency into program health, risks, and delivery outcomes.Proven experience managing regulatory, remediation, or strategic transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups while navigating organizational complexity.Strong organizational skills with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.Experience identifying, escalating, and mitigating delivery, operational, and regulatory risks.Practical working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools including JIRA and Confluence.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Capital Management, Regulatory Rules, or other Treasury and Finance-related functions.Familiarity with capital calculation processes, regulatory reporting requirements, and associated technology platforms.Experience partnering directly with Lines of Business and business executives to communicate technology solutions and strategic objectives.Knowledge of technology change management, SDLC controls, regulatory commitments, and governance frameworks within a large financial institution.Experience managing financial plans, vendor budgets, and resource forecasts for complex technology programsLTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
