Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Business AnalystJob Description:Seeking an experienced SFCC Business Analyst to support e-commerce initiatives through business analysis, requirements gathering, customer journey optimization, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementation activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, business analysis, functional documentation, user story development, and e-commerce process optimization. This role requires leading client-facing requirement sessions, translating business needs into functional specifications, analyzing customer journeys and conversion drivers, validating system configurations, supporting user acceptance testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SFCC solutions aligned with business goals and customer experience objectives.Key Responsibilities Lead client-facing requirements gathering sessions and document business, functional, and technical requirements for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and process documentation Analyze e-commerce customer journeys, website performance, user behavior, and conversion drivers to identify optimization opportunities Evaluate merchandising, checkout, personalization, search, promotions, and catalog capabilities to improve business outcomes and user experience Partner with product, engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams to validate requirements and solution alignment Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirement validation, issue resolution, and release readiness activities Ensure SFCC configurations and enhancements align with business requirements, project goals, and release expectations Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across site performance, customer engagement, and conversion optimization Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve platform usability, integrations, and operational efficiency Additional Responsibilities Support release planning, testing coordination, and implementation activities Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement review sessions Monitor business outcomes and recommend SFCC enhancements supporting customer experience improvements Support documentation of workflows, process maps, and business requirements artifacts Contribute to e-commerce strategy and platform optimization initiatives Required Skills Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and e-commerce business analysis Experience leading requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation activities Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and process flows Strong understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, merchandising, checkout, personalization, and conversion optimization Experience supporting UAT, requirement validation, and release coordination Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience collaborating with product, QA, engineering, and business teams in enterprise environments Experience leveraging SFCC features such as promotions, search, catalog, and integrations preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise e-commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations preferred Strong experience improving digital customer experience and business performance preferred Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced cross-functional environments required Certifications Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification preferred
