Job Title: Behavior Tech Company: New Patterns ABA - MA Location: Centerville, MA About the Role: At New Patterns ABA - MA, we believe that every individual deserves to be heard and understood. As a Behavior Tech, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of empowering individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities to reach their full potential. Our in-home and community-based ABA therapy services are designed to be compassionate, flexible, and collaborative, and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional like you to join our team. Responsibilities: Work one-on-one with clients in their natural environments to implement ABA treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress, and use this information to inform treatment decisions Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client Implement behavioral skills training and other evidence-based interventions to help clients develop social, communication, and adaptive skills Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment activities Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments Requirements: Associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g. psychology, special education, behavioral sciences) Experience working with individuals with autism or other neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA setting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track client progress Perks: Competitive compensation package Flexible scheduling and Per Diem opportunities Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Collaborative and supportive team environment The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients How to Apply: If you are a compassionate, dedicated, and results-driven professional looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this Behavior Tech position.
